This place has jammin cheese steak sandwiches and they always treat us right!

Unable to log in to the app but I can log in with my email and password on the regular site. How can the app be this possibly useless?

Very easy to scan receipts for rewards. I dont like how the offers notifications do not go away. It shows as if I have a new offer. I also have never been able to use the online ordering option. I always receive an error.

Best sandwiches anywhere, Im absolutely addicted to the Capastrami, but the Bobbie is excellent too. Use the App to get free sandwiches and more, plus you can order very easy from the App.

I always go to this location and they are awesome! They always get my order right and remember my name and what I always order. Love the people there and the vegetarian options.

Never been able to use online order feature. Other than the capaddicts points, quite useless

When you click on Locations and then click on a red square and click the info button, it takes you to a location that is in a different state! Not good if I want to find out more details on your location. I had to search online to get your correct location info. Not useful for the app when the user has to end up searching online for the info!

You cant scan multiple receipts from a visit and you cant scan a receipt a day later. Mostly frustrated at the rules and regs.

Its a good thing the food speaks for itself and the app isnt any reflection on that. Scanning feature is wonky, but not sure if its an app issue or a local receipt issue. App keeps telling me receipt has to be $4.99 minimum and its a $10-ish receipt. 2 of my three visits have been unscannable. Gonna take a long time to get a free sandwich at this rate. :-/

I really want to like this app as much as I do the sandwiches, but its not quite there. Ive never been able to scan a bar code, being forced instead to enter the code manually. Thats assuming, of course, that there is a code to enter. On several occasions Ive been forced to photograph and email my receipt, depending upon manual verification and a credit. The icon badge can never be disabled, even after viewing whatever new notification has been sent to the app. Just not worth the hassle.

Ordered online, got to the store and was told they dont accept online orders. Would be nice to know.

The app doesnt record online orders and you have to scan a receipt to earn. At my favorite location they are too busy to find a receipt. Most of the time I forget to scan. I wish the app could count online visits so I can earn rewards.
