I was disappointed to find that there is no Apple Pay option with the app. I feel more comfortable paying with Apple Pay than giving out my credit card info through the app. What a missed opportunity to do something awesome.

Love the staff and service at my Lewes Cappriottis!! I am however severely disappointed that they are no longer allowed to sell mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers! This greatly limits my ability to bring my kids. Can not come as often anymore since the change.

Its OK, but not as useful without Passbook integration for access from the lock screen.

If you tap into a reward to make the notification badge go away, it starts a 2 hour countdown that you then have to use the reward by. If you close the full screen countdown for any reason, like to place an order to use the reward with, then the reward disappears with no way to get it back. Also it says to scan or enter the barcode number on your receipt to add a visit, but there is no barcode or number on the receipt. Pretty clunky experience overall.

The App needs major upgrade fixing and needs more easy instead of all these glitches fix it asap. Totally doesnt work!

Im a huge fan of Capriottis and go a couple times a week. With this app I get a free sub every 10 visits. Theyve also been sending me surprise free food too. I use the online ordering too in the app. Only suggestion is for to not have to log into the app and then online ordering too

Couldnt scan barcode on receipt and after downloading app couldnt log in. Needs some adjustments. Still, Would like a free sandwich. Should stick with surveys on receipts.

Notifications for a new offer dont disappear from my home screen until the offer is redeemed. So I pretend to use it so the notification goes away. Its too distracting. I forgot to scan a receipt for points and tried two days later only to be told the receipt was too old. If this doesnt get fixed I am deleting the app. Very unfriendly app but the food is good.

This app does everything I need it to do, but lacks iPhone 6+ optimization. The keyboard is huge (not that Id really use it), and the experience just isnt very navigable. My biggest gripe, and the reason for two stars is the buggy notification system. Ill get notified for free cookies or something, and even though Ive read the notification in-app, the notification badge doesnt disappear from the app icon on the home screen. Gotta love these sandwiches, though.

Really good menu. Especially the roast beef! Perfect promotions and incentives. Very impressive. My new go to subs sandwich place.

I eat here at least twice a month. Been coming here for years.

I have used this app endless amount of times to hope to reach the top level so I can receive a "swag bag" which is a reward for the top level of being a capaddict. I have not received anything after hitting this point... Really bummed
